oin us for a unique vegetarian cooking demonstration with Master Gardener Louisa Bonnie, featuring Southeast Asian-inspired dishes. This event takes place in the serene Santa Fe Learning and TeachingGarden at Casa Chaski's Peruvian restaurant, lovingly tended by Master Gardener Lee White under the canopy of an ancient calamansi tree. Learn about the garden's development led by Master Gardener Jeff Rowe, its impact on Casa Chaski's menu with the introduction of a nutritious kale saltado dish, and its success in replacing traditional summer tomato supplies with locally grown produce.
